Scottish-Indian, British-born, raised in Hawaiʻi and now rooted in Dallas, her multicultural upbringing shaped how she sees the world — with curiosity, adaptability and an openness to different perspectives.
A hands-on creative at heart, Chetna loves finding the story, shaping the concept and building the visual world around it. Her happy place is somewhere between early concepting and being on set, where collaboration, instinct and creative problem-solving turn ideas into something real. As a leader, she brings the same spirit to her teams — creating space for different perspectives, empowering people to take ownership and always using data and performance to continually evolve.
